What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
Please take clear photos of the outer box, shipping label, and SKU label, and record an unboxing video. If any parts or frames are damaged in transit, email these materials along with your order number to service@Eazion.com. We will arrange replacement components or an immediate solution at no cost to you.
